Hey there! I am Kristina, a licensed massage and bodywork therapist. I specialize in prenatal massage, and Arvigo(R) Abdominal Therapy. I love working with women of all ages, and in all walks of life. From young women struggling with their menstrual cycles to those going through menopause, I am here to help you de-stress and balance as you navigate your busy life. In the last year, I have become very passionate about women’s health and birth and love to share what I am learning. I don’t know everything, but I am striving to learn as much as I can! I hope to help you to the best of my ability as you journey through this beautiful life!

Our whole family has greatly benefited from Kristina’s massage. We’ve had regular sessions for adults and toddlers, prenatal and lymphatic massages done.
